Overview

Accurate and reliable data is essential for local plans and public health care systems working together to improve quality of care. Sharing data opens lines of communication and reveals opportunities for improvement, allowing plans and systems to work together more effectively.

On Oct. 9, the LHPC Institute and California Health Care Safety Net Institute (SNI) will convene plan and public health care system (PHS) leaders to strategize ways to improve data exchange and concordance. This is the second in a series of convenings to support stronger partnerships between plans and systems.

Join us for this important convening where attendees will:

  • Learn about effective models of bidirectional data sharing, using case studies to focus discussions on data governance, privacy, IT systems and workflows
  • Share processes for cross-walking quality data and reconciling gaps to better align plan- and system-reported performance rates
  • Strengthen relationships with plan and system partners through joint planning efforts

Who Should Attend:
Participants should have a decision-making role in efforts to improve data sharing processes and data quality, and may include Chief Health Informatics Officers, Chief Medical Officers, Quality Directors and others.
