Local Health Plan & Public Health Care System Collaboration: Shared Resources
Throughout 2024, the LHPC Institute and California Safety Net Institute (SNI) have partnered together to advance a shared mission — to strengthen relationships between local plans and public health care systems and to drive forward the work to improve quality of care and patient outcomes.
Our partnership has yielded opportunities for plan and system quality leaders to share information, ideas and insights, and to lay the groundwork for building enduring partnerships and engage in collaborative efforts. Through an in-person convening, virtual workshop, helpful resources and more, we have set the stage for plans and systems to achieve better quality together.
