HPSJ CMO, Pediatrician Prescribes 4 for the 4th for COVID-Safety: Together/Apart
(French Camp, CA) – Health Plan of San Joaquin Chief Medical Officer Dr. Lakshmi Dhanvanthari, MD, asks all of us to safely enjoy the 4th, so we all can enjoy many more days to come.
A pediatrician, Dr. Lakshmi prescribes 4 for the 4th, to COVID-safely celebrate this weekend, Together/Apart:
- Staying Home is Still the Safest – virtual parties are a good option
- If you celebrate with company, staying outdoors is better: Keep 6-feet away from those you do not live with; limit the number of people handling or serving food
- Use a face cover, if you are within 6 feet of those you do not live with – outdoors or indoors
- Do wash your hands with soap and water frequently
